Job description
- Legal analysis in order to find potential operational models for new business cases;
- Supervision and execution of legal / corporate / advisory projects working with the team, such as: preparation of advisory memos, coordination of establishment of the companies, solving corporate and individual migration related matters, bank account opening, preparation of policies and other relevant documentation.
- Taking care of portfolios of existing and future clients: solving ongoing questions, invoicing, following changes in regulations in order to ensure clients’ compliance with applicable legislations.
- Maintaining existing and building new relationships with the clients.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills, be initiative and creative;
- Experience in banking industry / corporate services providers / top legal firms;
- A degree, preferably in law or international taxation-related fields;
- Be fluent in English.
